Why Most Diets Fail

You go to bed at night, feeling disappointed at all the bad food choices you made through the day. Tomorrow is a new day. You make a promise to yourself that tomorrow you are going to start a diet. You get off to a pretty good start, only to sabotage yourself by lunch.
Sound familiar.....................

Good eating habits and healthy choices are not something you start and stop. If you start something then you must stop something. Bad food choices, such as caffeine, alcohol, sugar and processed foods are detrimental to your health. Not only are they the major cause of obesity in America. But obesity leads to a myriad of health problems. When your body does not get the nutrition it needs it cannot function properly.

Our foods are so nutritionally bankrupt today. You would have to eat 14 apples today to get the same nutrition as one apple from 1976! This is a challenge for us! When our bodies dont get the nutrients it needs to function, its natural response is to open its jaws for the input of more food, because its still starving!

I teach people to think of it this way. Instead of asking the question "Will this make me fat?" every time you put something in your mouth. Ask "Will this kill me?" Because if its loaded with sugar, preservatives, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides. It will start doing just that, kill you.
